The following or "We") attaches great importance to the protection of user's (" You ") corporate and personal information and privacy. In view of the fact that we may collect and use your relevant information when you use our services, in order to clarify the rules for the collection, use, sharing, management and protection of corporate user information, This FASLITE Privacy Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") has been prepared.

Before using any of the FASLITE products or services, it is important that you carefully read and thoroughly understand the Policies of this Agreement (especially those in bold or underlined) and use the products or services only after confirming your full understanding and consent. By using any of the FASLITE products or services, you have fully understood and agreed to this Policy.

1. Policy scope and revision

You understand and agree that FASLITE reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Policy as required by the development of its business and to replace the revised Policy entirely with the revised version. Please pay attention to and keep informed of the revision of this policy in a timely manner. If you do not agree with the revised version, you should immediately stop using the FASLITE Service; otherwise, you will be deemed to agree with and fully accept the revised version.

2. Collection and use of user information

2.1. The term "corporate and personal information" in this policy refers to all kinds of information recorded electronically or in other ways that can identify the identity of businesses, corporate legal persons or persons in charge of enterprises individually or in combination with other information. The personal sensitive information referred to in this policy refers to the personal information that, once leaked, illegally provided or abused, may endanger the safety of the enterprise and the person and property, and easily lead to the reputation, physical and mental health damage or discriminatory treatment of the enterprise and the individual. The details include the certificate provided by the enterprise, the ID number of the legal person or person in charge, personal biometric information, bank account number, property information, whereabouts and transaction information. Individual device information, log information, search keyword information, and other information or data that cannot be directly linked to a specific individual are not personal information or personally sensitive information.

2.2. You fully understand and agree that you authorize FASLITE to collect and use the following information about you in order to perform the functions necessary for the promotion, sale, optimization and security of our products and/or services:

2.2.1. Information required for business registration

When you use your corporate mobile phone and provide complete application materials, apply online and download to register as a FASLITE business, we will send a text message verification code to verify your identity. If you provide the following additional information to complete your personal information during the FASLITE business registration process, it will help us to provide you with a better and more personalized service. The above additional information includes the business license, relevant certificates, letter of authorization, picture of the business door, environment, address, qualifications, and your profile picture, nickname, gender, residence, birthday, and personal signature. Failure to provide this additional information may affect the approval of your online application.

2.2.2. Display information required for goods and/or services

In order to provide you with page display and search results that better meet your needs, we will collect and correlate information about the services you use and how you use them, including:

1) Device information: FASLITE may read the device information used by you to access FASLITE or use FASLITE services, including but not limited to device type, device model, device Settings, device identifier, device storage space, operating system and application version, language Settings, resolution, and software and hardware characteristics. In addition, FASLITE may write the storage space of the device that you use to access FASLITE or use FASLITE services.

2) Log information: When you access FASLITE or use FASLITE services, the system may automatically receive and record information about your browser, your computer (including but not limited to IP address, browser type, search history, browsing history, browsing habits, language used, date and time of access, telecom carrier, and web page record of your needs).

2.2.3. Information required for trading and after-sales

1) Order information

When you upload complete product information on FASLITE to ensure that a user has placed an order to purchase a good/service, the FASLITE system will generate a record of you uploading the good/service and the user order.

According to the characteristics of some commodities or services and the requirements of applicable laws, enterprises and businesses may also need to provide relevant identity information (such as your ID card, military ID card, passport, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan pass, driving license, social security card, student ID card or relevant certificate number), email, photos or videos of enterprises and legal persons, such as enterprises do not upload/do not open certain goods/services, There is no need to provide relevant information.

You understand and agree that we will use your product information to verify your identity, confirm transactions, pay and settle accounts, and provide you with customer service consultation and after-sales service. We may also use your display and upload interstitial information to determine whether there is any abnormality in your transaction to protect your transaction security.

2) Payment information

After placing an order, users can pay through third-party payment providers supported by the FASLITE system. The payment function itself does not collect personal information from users. However, we need to share the user's order number, transaction amount and transaction information required by the payment institution selected by the user with the payment institution selected by the user to confirm the user's payment order and complete the payment.

If you do not have payment related software installed, the system will call the web version for payment by default

3) Information required for customer service and/or after-sales service

Our customer service and after-sales functions will use your business account information and order information. To ensure the security of your account, our customer service staff will use your account information to verify your identity. When you need us to provide customer service or after-sales functions related to your order information, we will inquire your order information. Depending on the service content you require, you may provide additional information besides the above information when communicating with our customer service staff to assist them in completing the service you require.

4) Information needed to ensure transaction security

In order to confirm the transaction status and provide you with after-sales and dispute resolution services, we shall collect your transaction, payment and logistics information related to the progress of the transaction through the transaction objects, third-party payment institutions and logistics companies that you have determined based on the exchange, or share your transaction information with the above service providers.

2.2.4. Optimize the information required for products and/or services

We may collect your uploaded and put on the shelf product information and user order information, browsing history, browsing habits for data analysis to describe user characteristics, for your reference or analysis of the commodity or service information that users are interested in. In addition to the above information, we may also collect other information about your business for the reasonable purpose of providing services or improving the quality of services, including the information you provide when you contact our customer service and the information you send to us when you participate in a questionnaire survey. We may combine information from a FASLITE service with information from other FASLITE services in order to provide you with services, personalized content and advice. We may correlate information collected from your various devices so that we can provide consistent services to you on these devices. We will only use your information in FASLITE to optimize the products and/or services described in these Terms.

2.2.5. Information required for account security

To improve the security of your use of FASLITE services, more accurately prevent phishing website fraud and protect your account security, we may determine the risk of your account by understanding your advertising, uploaded product order information, browsing history, browsing habits, common software information, device information, device MAC address, and gmail list of your account. And may record links (" urls ") that we consider to be risky.

2.3. Enterprises and merchants can choose whether to authorize the information collected and used

In order to provide you with more high-quality, satisfactory and personalized services and strive to improve your business experience, we may collect and use your information in addition. If you do not provide this information, you may still be able to access the services provided by FASLITE, but you may not be able to access the additional information, use and user experience provided by these features.

2.3.1. Location information: We may collect the location information of businesses to determine the location of your business and recommend users for purchase in your area (we only collect the geographical location of your business and notify FASLITE of any change in the location of your business; otherwise, we cannot provide better service and recommendation for users).

2.3.2. Camera (camera), album (photo gallery) Information: FASLITE allows businesses to upload photos, videos or pictures to display, promote, sell and comment information. We may use your uploaded photos, videos or pictures to identify the goods or services you want to display or sell, or use comments containing your uploaded photos, videos or pictures. If the FASLITE Service allows you to use facial recognition to log in or authenticate, we will collect information about your face.

2.3.3. Microphone (Voice) Information: For better use of the FASLITE Service, you may enable the microphone to communicate with us, FASLITE, users or other entities, and we may collect your voice information to identify your needs.

2.3.4. Contact Information: We may collect your contact information so that you do not need to manually enter your contact information when selling commodities or providing services. With your consent or in accordance with laws and regulations, we may determine whether your contacts are also FASLITE users in order to establish a connection for your communication at FASLITE.

2.3.5. Various analysis and data of online marketing of enterprises and merchants: We will collect relevant marketing data of enterprises and merchants to assist in analysis and guidance of sales, orders and revenue management of enterprises and merchants.

2.3.6. Calendar information: We will collect your calendar information to provide you with product or service related records and reminders.

2.3.7. You understand and agree that, under the above circumstances, we may require you to enable access rights of your geographical location (location information), camera (camera), photo album (photo library), microphone (voice), address book and calendar on your device to collect and use the information involved in these rights. You can view the status of the above permissions item by item on your device and decide whether to enable or disable these permissions (if applicable). When you enable any permission, you authorize us to collect and use the information to achieve the corresponding goal. Once you close any permission, you cancel the authorization. We will not continue to collect and use the personal information, and we will not be able to achieve the corresponding goal of the authorization for you. However, your decision to close the rights will not affect the collection, processing, and use of information previously conducted under your authorization.

2.4. Exceptions to authorized consent

You are fully aware that according to relevant laws and regulations, we do not need to obtain your authorization and consent to collect and use your personal information under the following circumstances:

2.4.1. Related to national security and national defense security;

2.4.2. Those related to public safety, public health and major public interests;

2.4.3. Relevant to the investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgments of crimes;

2.4.4. In order to protect the life, property and other major legitimate rights and interests of the subject of personal information or other individuals, but it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person;

2.4.5. The collected personal information is disclosed to the public by yourself;

2.4.6. Collect personal information from legally disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure and other channels;

2.4.7. Necessary for signing the contract according to your requirements;

2.4.8. Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the products or services provided, such as finding and handling product or service faults;

2.4.9. Necessary for legitimate news reporting;

2.4.10. When the academic research institution carries out statistics or academic research based on the public interest and provides the results of academic research or description, the personal information contained in the results should be de-identified;

2.4.11. Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

2.5. Information from third parties

2.5.1. You understand and agree that you authorize FASLITE to obtain information collected by FASLITE from its affiliates and partners during your registration of a FASLITE account and use of the Services.

2.5.2. If you log in to FASLITE using a third party account, we may obtain your authorized shared account information from the third party and bind your third party account to your FASLITE account so that you can log in and use the FasLite account directly

2.5.3. Information provided or shared by other users may contain your information. For example, other users may provide logistics addresses or share content that includes your information.

2.6. Authorized use of business information

In order to provide you with satisfactory and high-quality service, you understand, agree and authorize us to use your information for the following purposes:

2.6.1. Provide you with the services you use, and maintain and improve these services.

2.6.2. Provide you with relevant data analysis of marketing planning and details of orders and revenue.

2.6.3. We may use your personal Information to verify your identity, prevent, detect or investigate fraud, security violations, illegal or violations of agreements, policies or rules with us or its affiliates in order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of you, other FASLITE users, or us or its affiliates;

2.6.4. We may combine information from one service with information obtained from other services to provide you with more personalized service usage.

2.6.5. We will collect statistics on the usage of our services and may share such statistics with the public or third parties to show the overall usage trend of our products or services. But these statistics do not contain any identifying information about you.

2.6.6. Invite you to participate in the survey of our products and services;

2.6.7 Other uses approved or authorized by you or permitted by laws and regulations.

2.7 Automatically Collected Information

In order to improve our products and services, to push market research activities to you in a more targeted and accurate way, and to meet the requirements of market research projects, you agree and authorize us to collect the following information from you:

(1) Personal Internet access records (including website browsing records, software usage records, click records);

(2) Personal common device information (including hardware model, MAC address, IP address, operating system type, browser information, software list)
